C4I Australia office moves from Taree to Perth
At the March 2010 Board meeting in Sydney, Glenn and Felicity Hodson intended to resign as the directors of C4I Australia. However, after prayer and some discussion they stayed on so that the ministry could be maintained until replacements were found to take over the different tasks. So far this position has not changed, but it is very important for all concerned to be aware of the situation. Asia/Pacific Director Henk Kamsteeg is working closely together with Glenn & Felicity Hodson to try to arrange a smooth handover of responsibilities for the C4I ministry in Australia.

In a May 2010 visit to Melbourne, Henk had a meeting with Rev. Dr Mark Durie, the Vicar of St Mary’s Anglican Church. Mark Durie accepted his invitation to join the C4I Australia ministry as an Advisor to the Board of Directors. At the same time, Henk also met with Carl Carmody, the Director of Challenge - The Good News Paper, which is based in Perth, Western Australia. They discussed the possibilities of forming a “working partnership” between Christians for Israel Australia and Challenge Literature Fellowship. The latest news is that it is definitely a goer, and Carl and his Challenge team in Perth are happy to take on facilitating the printing and distribution of the Israel & Christians Today paper six times a year. So it looks like C4I Australia’s office will move from Taree to Perth.

Also letting you know that we have successfully completed to wind up C4I Australia as a Public Company Limited by Guarantee and are now registered as an Incorporated Association with the department of Fair Trading on June 29, 2010.
